Day Trip in Gribskov

**The day begins at 9:00 a.m. at Gastrominoen, where we offer coffee on the terrace overlooking Solbjerg Engsø. Bicycles and maps are handed out here, and we review today's program. **

**The bike tour starts with a visit to Butik Bakkegården, where you can explore their selection, possibly with a taste. **

**After this the trip goes to Holløse, where lunch is served at Rhubarb Farm. A unique place that lives up to its motto: “Organic from land to table” . **

**After lunch, continue along Arresø towards Annisse and Vingården Garbolund. Here you will get a tour of the winery, which produces natural wines, and you will have the opportunity to taste the wines in the charming courtyard. **

**The day ends on the terrace where it all started, now at Thornæs Distilleri, with whom we share an address. Here we alternate the coffee with tastings of the distillery's whiskey and gin. **
