Summer Weekend Trip

Join us for a fantastic weekend trip at the Gastrominoen, where flavours and cycling merge into an unforgettable journey. The tour begins with a warm welcome and introduction to the program, followed by a guided tour at Thornæs Distilleri. Dinner this evening is enjoyed at the Gastrominoen on the terrace in front of the distillery. After dinner, bicycles and cards are handed out, and a cozy tour is rolled around Solbjerg Engsø to be accommodated in our cozy glamping tents at Haldbjerg Nature Campus.
Saturday starts with a good breakfast before the day offers exciting experiences. The bike tour starts with a visit to the microbrewery Det Våde sheep in Græsted. The passionate owners, Marianne and Henrik, give you a tour where they share their knowledge and let you taste their exciting selection of beers. Then enjoy a lovely lunch at the Rhubarb Farm and there is time to explore Torup Market on your own. Later you can enjoy coffee and ice cream at Is Salonen before the day ends with accommodation and dinner at Frederiksværk Hotel.
Sunday offers a relaxing morning with breakfast at the hotel. The first stop of the bike tour is a coffee break in the old fishing village at Ågabet Outdoor Center. From there, take the bikes on the boat MS Frederikke, which sails you from Ågabet to Ramløse Havn. The tour ends with wine tasting and lunch at Garbolund, before returning to Gastrominoen with memories of an experience full of taste, nature and coziness.
