Summer Weekend Trip

Join us for a fantastic weekend trip at the Gastrominoen, where flavours and cycling merge into an unforgettable journey. The tour begins with a warm welcome and introduction to the program, followed by a guided tour at Thornæs Distilleri. Dinner this evening is enjoyed at the KITCHEN Gastrominoen on the terrace in front of the distillery. After dinner, bicycles and cards are handed out, and a cozy tour is rolled around Solbjerg Engsø to be accommodated in our cozy glamping tents at Haldbjerg Nature Campus.
Saturday offers a nice breakfast before the bike ride continues with a visit to Butik Bakkegården, where you can explore their selection. Later, enjoy lunch in the idyllic surroundings of Rhubarb Farm, after which the bike ride continues towards Torup Marked. There will be time to explore the area at your own pace, and there will also be a small beer tasting at Det Våde Får. The day is rounded off with a visit to Tothaven, where homemade goat milk ice cream and coffee are enjoyed, before accommodation and dinner at Frederiksværk Hotel.
Sunday offers a relaxing morning with breakfast at the hotel. The first stop of the bike tour is a coffee break in the old fishing village at Ågabet Outdoor Center. From there, take the bikes on the boat MS Frederikke, which sails you from Ågabet to Ramløse Havn. The tour ends with wine tasting and lunch at Garbolund, before returning to Gastrominoen with memories of an experience full of taste, nature and coziness.
